Decent app. Needs to be able to find locations by name in English and Russian, like Shato/шато and verify somehow that when I ask for an English speaking driver, he can say more than "ok ok" and take me to the wrong place. Also, some streets have multiple spellings. The app has problems with that.

Drivers are not responsible - they often late and they cancel orders.

For now its best taxi service in Kiev. And constantly improving!

App only loads one page of favorite addresses, which left me stranded since I only speak english and could not access my saved addresses. Top of screen is black hiding time and state of charge of the phone. Dont appear to be able to find a location on the map any longer, or its well hidden. This is a very useful app, but so full of bugs and quirks that are not necessary and not that hard to avoid. Get some help testing your software, you need it badly.

This company shares phone numbers of clients with other taxi services which will spam you a LOT! Do not even try it! The worst company ever!

Never put your real phone number in this app, unless you want to get tons of spam sms messages from random taxi services. Privacy policy is ridiculously disrespectful. Taxi cabs are often old and dirty. Never again
